Excellent service and spacious suites

helpful staff room upgrade food choice

I found the staff helpful, a true highlight of my stay. One particular staff member, ms ron at reception, assisted with extending my stay. She even arranged an upgrade to a room with a better view. The breakfast offered a great choice of food, and the staff managed seating efficiently despite many guests arriving at once.

The room was large with sufficient space. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast included many different options. Staff members were nice and helpful.

The gym's equipment seemed old and could use an upgrade. The treadmill screens did not always work. This made it difficult to track my workout effectively.

metro access friendly staff comfortable bed large bathroom

the location proved very convenient. it was only two metro stops from the mall and a smooth ride to the airport. the staff provided friendly, fast service at check-in and check-out. i could leave my luggage without issue. the room included a comfortable bed and large bathroom.

the elevator wait times were long because a main entrance was closed.

the front desk personnel offered prompt service and answered questions clearly. housekeeping kept the rooms tidy. the restaurant staff were very attentive during breakfast service, ensuring tables were clean and food was replenished efficiently.
